All my time is spent filling empty positions!” is the complaint I hear from many Human Resource Professionals. Employees either leave shortly after hiring or ghost us once hired. All too often organizations overlook ways to attract the right people and start engaging them before day 1! This presentation will help participants to take a broader look at engagement and ways Great Places to Work attract people who will stay. Participants will walk away with ideas to dramatically improve retention rates and ideas on how to help leadership support these initiatives.

Learning Objectives:

In this session, participants will learn:

-> How to attract talent that creates a Great Place to Work

-> How to retain your best talent

-> How to engage leadership in talent attraction and retention

-> How to tie mission and vision to talent strategy
