In this tumultuous employee market, many Human Resources professionals have experienced significant challenges when it comes to filling vacant positions. Roslyn Gervin, Employee Culture and Experience Manager, City of Newport News

Roslyn has worked in Local Government in Human Resources and Employee Development roles for over 15 years.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources Management. Currently working with the City of Newport News Human Resources Department as the Employee Culture and Experience Manager where she gets to implement her love of organization development, employee engagement, program design and implementation all in one role! Roslyn is a certified MBTI practitioner and facilitator, and holds certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and in Professional Coaching. When not at work she loves being active, tackling DIY projects, and spending time with her husband, two pre-teens and their dog!
