This presentation will discuss whistleblower liability that employers may face under Virginia Code Section 40.1-27.3, which went into effect on July 1, 2020, as well as Virginia case law.  George will discuss what HR Professionals should consider when receiving whistleblower complaints, as well as the “do’s” and “don’ts” when investigating and responding to whistleblower complaints.

Yiorgos L. "George" Koliopoulos, Esq. of Williams Mullen
