Mike has spent his career developing leaders at all levels in a wide range of industries in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.  He has worked with senior leaders in over twenty countries and in dozens of industries including Health Care and Senior Living.   Mike’s passion is to work with executives and their teams to make a greater business impact and to create an inspiring environment that keeps talent ignited and engaged.  Mike has worked internally for Westinghouse, AT&T, and ADP and as a senior consultant for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and the Center for Creative Leadership CCL).  Mike is a graduate of the United States Military Academy West Point and Indiana University.  Mike currently enjoys managing Cobalt Leadership Consulting out of Williamsburg Virginia where he and his wife Petra are happy to call home.
