VIRTUAL MEETING

An age-inclusive workplace is crucial for fostering a thriving, innovative, productive, and positive organizational culture. By valuing employees of all ages, organizations tap into a diverse pool of experiences, perspectives, and skills. This diversity enhances creativity and problem-solving, leading to more robust decision-making processes. Additionally, an age-inclusive environment promotes knowledge transfer between generations, contributing to continuous learning and adaptability. Employees who feel valued and included are more engaged, resulting in higher job satisfaction and retention rates. Moreover, an age-inclusive approach aligns with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with anti-discrimination laws. Join this session to learn how embracing age diversity positions your organization for long-term success in an ever evolving and competitive business landscape.

SHRM/HRCI Learning Objectives:

1. Learn the fundamentals of creating an age inclusive workplace to support strategic HR management, ensure legal compliance, and enhance talent strategies.

2. Learn strategies to attract, recruit, and retain older workers.

3. Learn strategies to leverage the unique strengths of employees across generations to drive your mission forward.
