This session will provide an overview about the differences between arbitration and litigation and what elements should be considered by business decision makers when deciding what dispute resolution terms should be included in employment agreements, costs, procedures, documentation and potential limitations.

Speaker Bio:

George Koliopoulos advises on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including Title VII, age discrimination, fair labor standards, family and medical leave, the WARN Act, wrongful discharge and restrictive covenants. He helps develop and manage company policies, employment contracts, handbooks, terminations and reduction in force plans and executive employment agreements. And he presents on-site and virtual training seminars for supervisors and management personnel.
