Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, participants will learn to recognize the subtle and overt signs of incivility and understand its impact on employee well-being and organizational success.
The session will conclude with practical, actionable strategies HR professionals can implement to foster civility, strengthen team dynamics, and promote a culture of respect and inclusion. Join us to gain insights and tools that will empower you to transform workplace challenges into opportunities for growth and collaboration.
