About the Speaker

Sultan Camp is a military spouse and veteran talent acquisition strategist with over 28,000 LinkedIn connections and 3,000 X (formerly Twitter) followers. He is a prolific writer and speaker on military community talent pipeline development, career management, and workforce education. He is currently the Director of the Hampton Roads Workforce Council’s Veterans Employment Centers and a Co-Chair of the Military and Veterans Executive Committee for Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Blueprint 2030. He is also a Board Member for the Fort Eustis Civic Leaders Association.
Sultan is a graduate of George Washington and Norfolk State Universities. He is a highly sought-after public speaker and one of the most influential voices on military talent acquisition.
