VIRTUAL MEETING

About the Session

This session delves into the multifaceted impact of workplace diversity, examining both its moral imperatives and business advantages while acknowledging potential unintended effects, such as resistance or backlash. Participants will explore the interplay between diversity—encompassing thought, background, and experience—and merit-based decision-making, assessing how organizations can balance inclusion with performance-driven outcomes. The discussion will also highlight effective strategies for developing policies, procedures, and practices that align with organizational goals while fostering greater access and opportunity for all employees. Attendees will leave with actionable insights to create more equitable and high-performing workplaces.
