*Virtual Program* Innovation in Action: Mercer's National Survey of Employer Sponsored Health Plans
Following a jump in health benefit costs this year and an uncertain legislative horizon ahead, employers are putting cost management front and center – while pursuing strategies that don’t shift costs to employees. We will review the results of Mercer’s 2024 national healthcare survey and learn how employers are adapting their total rewards and benefits strategies.
SHRM/HRCI Learning Objective: Strategic management, total rewards, risk management: participants will leave with data and insights relevant to current total rewards challenges. This will give them contextual information that they can apply within their own organizations as they contemplate short and long term benefits and total rewards strategies and initiatives.

She is responsible for leading and developing Mercer’s team of Health consultants in Virginia, growing Mercer's brand in the market and ensuring client satisfaction. She helps clients develop and execute on their total rewards strategies by sharing trends, and insights to deliver expected results and meet their desired goals.
