Brenton Dalgliesh is an HR Tech Engineer at Paychex, where he helps bridge the gap between HR teams and the tech that powers their work. With 13 years of experience in HR—both in-house and as a consultant—he now focuses on making HR technology more intuitive, inclusive, and impactful. For the past three years, he’s supported internal consultants by translating business needs into smarter tech solutions.

He’s particularly excited about how AI can help HR make more informed decisions while leveling the playing field—bringing both precision and equity into the conversation.

Brenton holds a bachelor’s in Human Resources, a master’s in Strategic Leadership, and a SHRM-CP certification. Outside of work, he’s a dad of three under eight, a firm believer in camping trips, coffee, and not taking himself too seriously.
