The Medical, Religious, and Pregnancy Accommodations Program ensures that employees are provided reasonable accommodations that enable them to perform their job duties while complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Skilled in Ethics training, state and federal regulatory compliance, AAP development and analytics, employee misconduct investigations, compensation structures and benchmarking, statistical data analysis, and modeling. Strong human resources professional with a Master of Science (M.S.) focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
