By understanding the Health Cost Equation, this presentation will discuss how HR leaders can begin to change the healthcare dialogue around the corporate boardroom table.

  • Understanding of what drives healthcare utilization

  • Understanding of what employers can control and what they cannot control with respect to managing health risks

  • Understanding of viable strategies to manage health risk
