Speaker Bio:

Jim has been involved with leading professional and personal development almost his entire adult life. This began as an Education Director in a church and, most recently, as a Training Manager of a large ship repair company.  He has spoken in the public classroom, the board room, and within the federal prison system.  All these experiences have sharpened his ability to connect with various audiences and present fitting messages using the appropriate learning strategies.
