SHRM Learning Objective: 

In this informative session, we will review the specific characteristics of the various generations, what’s important to each, and how to effectively align your benefits to meet their needs.

This session will be lead by two speakers, Carrie Bartlett – Senior Client Executive and Philip Saul – Principal, Senior Consultant

Speaker: CARRIE BARTLETT

Speaker Bio:

Carrie Bartlett is a Senior Client Executive at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers. As a Senior Client Executive with 15 years of experience, she specializes in helping organizations design and execute an employee benefit program that supports and enhances each employer's business strategy. She is passionate about simplifying the world of employee benefits through fresh thinking, financial management, compliance confidence and educational opportunities. Carrie prides herself on being extremely responsive and a trusted partner and advocate in a complex industry, she’s also a millennial!

Carrie received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Averett University. Additionally she is active in the Central Virginia Association of Health Underwriters (CVAHU) and serves on the board for Girls on the Run of Greater Richmond.

Speaker: Philip saul

Speaker Bio:

Philip Saul is a Principal and Senior Consultant with OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest company focused exclusively on employee benefits and human resources.  He focuses on large and mid-market accounts, specializing in using fresh thinking in his client relationships. He has 30+ years of health and welfare experience in underwriting, compliance, client management and strategic planning.  He particularly enjoys partnering with his clients in developing unique solutions to meet their benefit and corporate goals.

Philip received his Bachelors of Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida and holds a Virginia Life and Health Insurance License and Consulting License.
