Speaker Bio:

Susan Mann is an accomplished business leader with a strong track record of building high impact teams to deliver results on a global scale.  For more than 20 years, she has built an extensive portfolio of expertise in translating strategy into action, developing top talent and cultivating lasting customer relationships.  She began her career in the sales organization with Bostik, a world class chemical company.  While at Bostik, Ms. Mann led the commercial efforts for the global Hygiene business, a $400M business unit of Total Petrochemicals, establishing Bostik as the preferred supplier to the world’s leading consumer products companies.   Through her career with Bostik, she progressed into various roles of leadership, including P&L responsibility for the North American Business and leading the Global Marketing team.  In 2014, Ms. Mann was recruited to assume the role of President of an independent marketing agency.  She leveraged her capabilities from a global organization to this entrepreneurial endeavor that was on the brink of global expansion.  Ms. Mann effectively led the implementation of management tools, organizational design and process development necessary to scale the business. Throughout her career, Ms. Mann has been consistently recognized as a developer of top talent.   Her passion for developing people is evident in the number of those she has mentored who have risen to strategic leadership roles.  Ms Mann lives with her husband and two children in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.  In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and biking with her family and planning their next adventure in international travel.
